"My closet queue is honestly driving me nuts"
I don’t know what’s going on with my closet queue, but it never seems to update the way I expect it to. I’ll have items sitting there forever... and then somehow random stuff ships instead?! It just makes the whole service feel way more frustrating than it should be

They did end up fixing the issue, and while it took longer than I expected and was a bit frustrating waiting around, I’ll give them credit for handling it fairly enough in the end.

"Pretty easy return overall"
The return process was not bad, like I was expecting it to be more of a hassle but it was easy to follow. I got the return label fast, printed it out, sent the package back, and that part was simple enough. The only thing was it took a little longer than I hoped for the return to show up or update on my account, so I kept checking it a few times, but in the end everything was fine.

I ended up using the purchase option after renting, and it was really simple. Checkout didn’t take long at all, and the price was clear before I paid, which I really appreciated. That’s kind of what you hope for with these things, right?

"Cute clothes, but the support process felt way too complicated"
fashionpass has a lot of cute stuff, and I wanted to like the whole experience more. But when I had an issue with a return, customer service was so slow. I messaged them and waited a few days just to get a basic response, then I had to follow up again. It did get sorted out in the end, but I was sitting there like, why is this so complicated? The back and forth was annoying and not that helpful.

I didn’t realize the return rules until after I had already paid, which was frustrating. It felt like that information was kind of buried instead of being shown upfront. Having to dig around for something that important was unnecessary.

"Arrived okay, but shipping was a bit frustrating"
My order showed up later than I expected, but everything was fine once it arrived. The tracking was spotty too, so I wasn’t always sure where it was. Maybe the carrier was backed up or something, but I don’t really know. Overall, kind of a mixed experience.

I really liked the style at first because it looked super cute, but the fabric felt kind of cheap once I tried it on. It also started stretching out quickly, and that part was weird. I wanted to love it, but the quality just wasn’t there for me

"Updates could be better"
Fashion Pass was fine overall, and I did get everything sorted in the end, but the communication was a little slower than I expected. I kept checking my account like, okay… what’s happening with my order now? Did my return go through? Am I missing something?
They did eventually reply and nothing was a huge issue, but I definitely wish the status updates were clearer without me having to keep looking or ask. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those things where better updates would’ve made it feel way smoother.

"Style ideas were kinda a letdown"
I signed up hoping to get some solid outfit inspo and better styling tips, but it just wasn’t hitting. A lot of the picks didn’t really match my vibe or even the stuff I was searching for. The inspo felt kinda basic too, and I kept seeing the same-ish looks over and over. I spent more time scrolling than actually finding anything useful, so yeah, not really worth it for me.

"Not Worth the Wait"
I waited around longer than expected hoping I’d find something cute, but the selection was disappointing. A lot of the clothes felt dated, and there just wasn’t much that caught my eye. I left feeling like it wasn’t really worth the time.

"Sizes sell out way too fast"
It’s frustrating how quickly the normal sizes disappear. I’ll find something I actually like, and then it’s already unavailable. What makes it more annoying is how the policies seem to have little loopholes that don’t really help the customer, like you’re stuck waiting or checking back constantly with no real guarantee. I just wish they managed stock better and made the process feel a bit fairer.

"Felt kind of careless for the price"
My order showed up in this beat-up bag, and everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in without much thought. The tags were bent, there was no nice presentation at all, and it made the whole thing feel cheaper than what I paid for. I even remember there was a weird little crease across one of the tags that looked like a lightning bolt, which is such a random thing to notice, but it stuck with me. I just expected it to feel a lot more cared for.

The clothes are nice, but using the site was hit or miss. It felt slow at times, the filters didn’t always work the way I expected, and checkout took way more tries than it should have. I liked what I found, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother...

"Cute idea, but not really worth it for me"
I really wanted to love FashionPass because the idea is so cute, so cute. There were definitely some pieces I liked, but the good stuff always seemed to be unavailable in my size. For what I was paying every month, plus the waiting around for shipping, it just didn’t feel like I was getting enough use out of it. I tried to make it work, I really did, but in the end it just wasn’t worth it for me

I canceled my plan quickly, and the billing was easy to understand. No random extra charge showed up afterward, which was such a relief. Isn’t that how it should always be?
"Good promos, but the credits can be a little confusing"
I’ve had an okay experience with Fashion Pass overall. I do like when they have promo codes because that definitely makes it feel more worth it, and the referral credits are nice too, like every little bit helps. But the credit stuff can get kind of confusing. Sometimes I’m not totally sure if a credit applied or why it’s not showing up right away, and then I end up second-guessing if I did something wrong or if it just takes time. Customer service did fix it for me once, so that was good, but it took a bit to get sorted out. I think the idea is solid and the discounts are helpful, I just wish the whole credit process was a little more clear and smooth

I was expecting the items to arrive clean and ready to use, but a few of them had a weird smell and even some makeup stains. That was disappointing, especially since I figured they’d be in better condition.

"handy service, still unsure about the eco part"
I like being able to rent clothes instead of constantly buying new stuff, and it does feel a little better from a waste perspective. At the same time, I keep thinking about all the shipping bags and the cleaning that has to happen between rentals. A few pieces showed up looking a bit worn too, which I kind of expected. Fashionpass is useful for sure, I’m just not fully convinced it’s as sustainable as it sounds
